We are present in the textile value chain in Spinning, Processing as well as Garmenting. We are extremely pleased to take you through a brief tour of our facilities:

    Spinning

  • We have 3000 spindles textile mill with complete process for manufacture of mélange Yarns.
  • We have the state of art machinery’s like auto leveler Carding machine, auto leveler .Dwarf rame, Combers, Lakshmi Reiter Ring frames & Electrical Yarn clearers.
  • We have equipped to manufacture even the small lot size of 10 kgs. Of yarn in any shade Count& Blend.
  • We specialize in the following: 100 % cotton mélange, Cotton/linen mélange, Special effect like Slub, Nep, & Glittering.
  • We can match any mélange shade with any blend within 48 hrs. We have more than 5000 melanges shades.

Processing

  • We have installed High Temperature High Pressure Dyeing machine to dye both Fiber & Yarn.
  • We have installed Space Dyeing Machine with 8 colors printing in one cheese.
  • We have installed an Effluent Treatment Plant with Reverse Osmosis system for both Dye bath & Wash water.
  • We have Mechanical System to dry the rejects of RO Effluent. The treated Water is reused back in our Dyeing Process.
  • We have developed more than 10000 shades & equipped with laboratory to develop the new shades & test all the products.

Knitting

  • We have all type of circular & flat knitting machines 35000 Kgs / Month

Garments

  • Garment stitching is done with proper lighting , Good floor space & amenities, Legal & Stautary norms with respect to social Systems & Physical facilities is maintained.
  • All the over lock machines are fitted with thread Suction Devices.
  • 50% singer machines are fitted with computerized thread cutting devices.
  • The necessary and the required flatlock machines are fitted with fabric & thread cutter facilities. We follow line system in production.
  • All the cut pieces are checked 100% & we have check points at every level of operation.
  • We were able to achieve 0.3% garment rejections due to implementation of quality system. We have laboratory to check the following Count, Stength, GSM, Shrinkage & Washing Fasiness.

MELANGE YARNS

  • We are having 3000 Spindles cotton spinning system to manufacture all types of Mélange Yarns.
  • Capacity 30000 Kgs/month
  • Job work Spinning Capacity-15000 Kgs/month
  • We have the capacity to Dye cotton/Viscose/ Polyester Fibre 30000 Kgs/month
  • Yarn Dyeing 10000 Kgs/month
  • Space Dyeing / Yarn Printing -7500 Kgs/month
